Delivery Times
For Major Cities, orders typically arrive within 3-4 working days.
For the rest of India, delivery may take 7-8 working days, depending on your location.
Shipping Hours
Delivery Window: Orders are delivered between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Holiday Hours: No deliveries will be made on public holidays or Sundays. Any order placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, your order will be dispatched for delivery.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive order confirmation and once the order is packed you will receive the email and WhatsApp with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website or WhatsApp tracking or by contacting our customer support team for updates.
Signature or OTP Requirement: All KYA Retails India Pvt. Ltd. orders will require a signature or OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the recipient’s registered mobile number to further authenticate the delivery. This ensures that your package has been securely received either by you or an authorized person. If you are unavailable, please ensure that an authorized person can sign for the delivery and enter the OTP on your behalf.
Handling Missing or Damaged Orders
Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately on the same day of delivery with the unboxing clear photographs or video proof of the damaged goods. We will assist you in processing a refund, replacement, or exchange based on the situation.

Courier Limitations and Delivery Delays
Third-Party Couriers: We use reliable courier partners for all deliveries. However, external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, local issues or force majeure reasons may cause delivery delays. KYA Retails India Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Returns and Exchanges for Shipping Issues
Product Damaged During Shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service with your order details and photos/videos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. A refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed after a full review.
